Synopsis: Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic, is an original play written by Rowlett native Matt Cox, and Sachse High School theatre alumnus. The play is a parody of the popular book series about a particular school of magic involving a boy with a scar on his forehead, but from a different perspective. 


What's Interesting: Not only has the show has earned notoriety and nominations for its comedy and staging. It has broken records off-Broadway in New York and has been one of the few shows filmed for movie theatres to be shown via Fathom Events. It also has the distinction of being Melbourne, Australia’s longest-running play. But, Puffs is also an original play written by Rowlett native Matt Cox, and Sachse High School theatre alumnus.
