Auditions:
Saturday January 13 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Sunday January 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Auditions will be at Reclamation Church, located at 901 Cross Bend Rd. in Plano, at the northwest corner of Alma and Cross Bend.
Brief Synopsis:
Natalie and Steve have just returned from taking their last child off to college, but they are not the stereotypical couple suffering from empty nest syndrome. They are ready for some alone time, and Steve has rented some X-rated movies to spice up their marriage. Then the doorbell rings, and their plans for a little romance are thwarted by nonstop visits from their dysfunctional family members, all of which make for a riotous romp of a weekend. (comedy)
Roles: 3 Males, 4 Females, 1 Either
Natalie: 55ish, sarcastic, nervous, just wants a quiet weekend with her husband, Steve.
Steve: 55ish, doesn’t worry as much as Natalie, loves her, wants to spice up their marriage.
Martha: 75ish, Steve’s Mother, nosey, bitchy, critical, heavy drinker, carries small dog.
Greg: 30ish, Steve’s son, handsome, has had drug problems, laidback, needs a job.
Sarah: 30ish, married to Greg, has an infant and is overwhelmed by motherhood & Greg’s family.
Joy: 25ish, Natalie’s daughter, emotionally immature.
Peaches: 30ish, very attractive with large breasts, brassy diva.
Officer Gary: Script makes this character male, but could be played as male or female. Could be 30-55 age range, curt, sarcastic, frustrated with paperwork.
Seeking a diverse cast. Potential actors for Martha who have a “Purse Dog” are encouraged to tell director at auditions.

- Be prepared to read scenes from the script.
- Please bring a resume and headshot.
- References may be required.
- Actors and technicians will receive stipends.
- Rehearsals will be in Plano beginning the week of January 28 and are typically Monday through Thursday evenings, with some Saturday afternoons.
- All conflicts must be noted at time of audition; a tentative rehearsal schedule will be available for your review.
