Audition Notice:
Runway Theatre is excited to hold auditions for Big Fish (Small Cast Edition) with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and book by John August - based on the novel by Daniel Wallace and the Columbia Motion Picture written by John August. Runway's production will be directed by Misty Baptiste, music directed Tripp Jackson, and choreographed by Shannon Walsh. The production will run April 5 – April 21, 2024.
Audition Dates: Sunday and Monday, February 4 & 5, 2024

Production Synopsis:
Based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton, Big Fish tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest - and then some! His larger-than-life tales of witches, giants, and mermaids he's encountered delight almost everyone around him, but his disgruntled son is determined to separate fact from fiction in his desire to understand what's really real about his family before starting one of his own. Through heart and humor, this extraordinary musical showcases what real friendship can mean throughout the journey of life.
