Auditions: Theatre Arlington's THE MUSICAL ADVENTURES OF FLAT STANLEY JR, Aug 17

Part of our mission at Theatre Arlington is to produce an annual musical with an all-youth cast. 

We are ecstatic to announce auditions for our 2024 production... 

THE MUSICAL ADVENTURES OF FLAT STANLEY JR.

Director - Cindy Honeycutt Music Director - Daniel Hernandez Choreographer - Hannah Argüelles 

The beloved children’s book written by Jeff Brown is a literary and pop culture phenomenon. And now, everyone’s favorite two-dimensional hero has a new life in "The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley JR." filled with infectious songs and non-stop adventure. 

Auditions will be held at Theatre Arlington's main stage (305 West Main St. Arlington TX, 76010) 

Auditions are Saturday, August 17th at 10:00 am All audition participants must be between the ages of 8 - 18 years old. A parent or guardian must accompany the auditionee for the entire audition process. 

Auditions will take approximately 2 hours or more, based on the number of auditionees. Please come to auditions a few minutes early. 

Bring a copy of your headshot and resume . 

Be prepared to perform the following: Please prepare a 30 second - 1 minute cut of a song in the style of the show. Bring sheet music, marked and in the correct key. A collaborative pianist will be provided.
